Crank no start on my 98 ranger xlt ?

98 ranger rolls over no start..got fuel got

That's not much detail to go on. I would suspect either air/fuel mixture, fuel quality/amount, or compression. Can you tell if the valves are opening and closing? Which engine is it? When you say it has fuel, is it coming out of the injectors, or into a carburetor? Are the spark plugs wet with fuel? When you say it has spark, is that at the spark plug? Does it have good wires? Does the 1995 have rotor/cap/wires that are in good condition?
