Locking and unlocking lexus GS300 doors from door or with key remote

Just bought a lexus GS300 but the doors are
not responding to key remote or door
lock/unlock switch also the truck is not
opening from lever inside, can some one
rescue me?

I am unable to help With the lock/unlock part, however the trunk release from inside may be LOCKED (Valet mode) left of the trunk switch from inside there is a key hole. Pushed in is locked, insert non valet key to unlock (I believe clockwise). I hope this helps good luck

you can remove the whole panel and bypass the key option as mine is stuck

Lexus 2001, door lock actuators / solenoid for each of (4) doors? Where can I purchase actuators for each door? Drivers, Passenger Front, Left Rear, Right Rear doors?The DLA-219 shown on most aftermarket firms is designed only for Left Rear Door...I had my skilled certified mechanic that works at Toyota Dealer Service, to verify parts and in fact each part is specific to each door and not interchangeable from left to right or front to rear doors.
