Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I don't have user manual of this car, would like to know the capacity of engine oil and hard accleration after changing the fuel filter and transmission fluid, first gear is changing after 40 km till that rpm goes up to 4000, I suspect the spark plug cable. If any one know solution for this problem please post it, i will be very thankful to you.
