how do you replace the 140 amp fuse

there is a bolt on both sides of the fuse that you got to take out to remove the fuse

this is what I believe the fuse to look like... can't see how to access those tabs under the other two fuses.

Did you ever get a response to this? Dealing with the issue in a 2012 GX 460.
