Learing new TPMS for GX470

I have 2 sets of wheels and tires (Winter and summer) and the TPMS light has been on for a couple of years.  I just installed new winter tires and new Titan TPMS sensors and I followed the instructions in the manual but the light is still ON.  I drove up and down the street 19-25 MPH and tried changing the "Main switch to the 2nd position.  Still the light is ON.  Any help?   Unfortunately, I live in an area where there is no Lexus dealership and the Toyota dealership in the area has a poor reputation. I did buy the tires from Tire Rack online and had them mounted at a Honda dealership. Honda did have the technology to complete the learning process. Dave
