cooling fan not working

1995 ford Taurus cooling fan kicks on for a second when starting the car but cuts right back off. does not kick on anymore even when the car runs hot, which is constantly. All fuses are good under the hood and in the cab. what Is the problem?

After flushing the radiator, changing thermostat, replacing water pump and radiator, it turned out to be the the 2 heat sensors.
