Temp gauge reading hot

Temperature is reading hot but have replaced timing belt, water pump,
thermostat, instrument cluster, fan clutch, hoses, coolant been flushed and
replaced , new radiator. What am I missing?

Does the cooling system build pressure really fast when it is first started? I’m thinking blown head gasket. You can get a DIY kit from your local parts store or have you favorite shop do,it.
Coolant temperature sensor or the wiring going to the sensor could be faulty. If you have a bare spot on the wire going to the sensor and it's touching something metal the temperature gauge will show hot. Hope that helps! Jim
