how do you reset factory alarm 1995 lexus ls400

Not 100% sure, but... Open doors with the remote door lock control, or open passenger side with the key. Unlock and open your trunk with your key, the theft system should reset.

I had a dead battery and when I boosted it the horn started blasting. I turned ignition key on and horn stopped. Car would not turn over so I removed key and locked the door using power lock switch on drivers door. I then unlocked and locked drivers door with key and car worked perfect. I do not have a remote fob.

So you got out of car and did that to the doors with key ? I’m stuck lol
