Lexus RX300 2001 Two Cylinders Misfiring (PS300 PS301 PS302)

My Lexus RX300 2001 engine light started flashing along with the VSC light coming on, it also started rumbling as a whole. When I checked the error message I got PS300 PS301 and PS302, which from what I can tell, coupled with the flashing engine light, is indicative of cylinders 1 and 2 misfiring.

I don't know a lot about cars, is this something that I could fix, or would it require a professional? And if so any idea how much that would cost?
