Code p0171

I have a Lexus rx300 2000 and it has a code P0171. When i
stop at the light the RPM needle going crazy and the car
chock. Can anybody explain what the problem is?

You mean the car sputters and wants to die when you come to a stop? This is likely a vacuum leak. You can visually inspect all the vacuum lines under the hood to maybe spot it, but you will need a cheap scan tool to narrow down the answers to your car troubles. You could try smoke tests too, but it's a lot of hassle chasing stuff down without a scanner.
