2004 Lexus RX330 -- I bought this car new & it has 73K, always garaged, I take excellent care of this car. In the last year I now have 6+ cracks in the dashboard. Anyone having any luck getting Lexus to "play nice?" This just isn't right!!!! I'd love to join a class action if there is one out there!

I have the same problem with 2006 RX400H. The service manager said that it will take time. Will they do it before the car dies? I am all for Class Action suit and even put some money down to teach these big B.

I am also on the list for last three years now. I think all Lexus owners should join a class action suit.

I just had the dashboard on my wife’s 2004 RX 330 replaced last summer. They did it for free, on recall. The whole dash seem to melt when left out in the sun and gets sticky.

My recall notice was probably more than 5 yrs. old and they still did it with no questions asked. I only had to wait one week as they had to order the part.
