Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1969 Corvette and the dash light & blinkers stopped working.
Hazards and exterior light work. Also my head lights stopped opening with
switch but will close when I turn off the head lights. Thanks

Dash lights not working: I recently experienced a similar problem with my 1966 roadster. 1. Check all fuses in the fuse panel. 2. Check/secure the instrument lights wiring harness ground connection under the dash panel. 3. Then check/replace the instrument lights dimmer switch, which may have worn spots on the rheostat.

I agree with the top answer start simple then move down the list, the good thing is that usually when an entire cluster of light stop working, its a fuse so start there. the head light piece could be a vacuum line (if so equipped that year) again if its both lights that is a good thing, that means hopefully a centralized fix.
