My 2015 Lexus 2015 has a lot of tiny scratches from other cars and people not
careful. Should I have the whole car repainted?

Get quotes before you proceed. Quality paint jobs could easily run 5 grand or more. Maaco paint jobs will make your car hideous and worthless.
