I n concerned about some fraud, see notes below.

I am concerned , a person named Sunny, was asking all about my car, but
needed to see a picture of the manufacturer's plate on the drivers door, with
date of manufacture. Not sure why he wanted that, but as soon as I sent it, he
has not responded, I am concerned about some type of fraud. Your thoughts?

Sounds perfectly fine to me. That information and or photo is usually included in dealer ad. Based on what you provided, maybe Sunny was not interested.
