The Lexus is an AWD which should not be confused with 4 wheel drive. If you want to run the trails get a real 4x4 such as a pick up or a Wrangler.
we have a 2015 lexus rx350 i traded a 2014 tacoma(way better than any jeep). tried to go through some snow bank that the tacoma would have laughed at, and got stuck and yes i was in 4x4 lock thes vehicles with all wheel drive best stay ON road and out of snow banks if u want real deal 4x4 check out TACOMA.
I want to take the vehicle on access roads in Sedona AZ that lead to trails which can have some large rocks. I tried driving this road with a Ford Edge AWD and it didn't work.
