Car will not start, but starter has a continuous sound.

Fairly new battery, nothing was left on and now it will not start, but when I press the
starter button, I hear the starter trying to start with a continueous sound. The brake pedal
is almost all the way down. If I get it towed, won't the brakes burn up?

Our 2016 has the same problem. 2 years old with just over 10,000k. Roadside assistance came and jump started it for us. We drove it to the dealership and they replaced the battery free of charge as it's still under warranty. Will see if that fixes the problem.

I have a 2015 RX350 purchased new 48000 miles no start problems dealer has replaced the battery 3 times. dealer can not find the problem.
