Perhaps, you pressed the window lock button by mistake...its just a case of pressing it again and your windows should be fine.

If they all work with driver's buttons, check the window lock button switch, it might be bad, loose or disconnected.
I can not roll up or down the windows in my Lexus RX 350, the driver side works.
