Does a Lexus RX350 2006 model have a timing belt or chain? And does it need replacing

Aha, if the engine is the older 3.3l v6 it will have a timing belt, and will need to be changed, at approx 100,000. If you have the 3.5l v6, usually found in the rx350 then you have a chain and it is not detailed in the maintanence schedule book. This does not mean it will never have to be changed, however it seems that the 3.5 v6 as an open ended view about the timing chain. So, I would make sure ALL the other maintanence things are done, especially oil and coolant flushes, with the correct toyota long life coolant. As far as how many miles can be put on this truck???????
