Driver Side window only not working

Asked by Trent Dec 05, 2014 at 10:34 AM about the 2007 Lexus RX 350 AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My drivers side window will not go up anymore, all of the other controls work for rear and
passenger windows, as well as locks, and window locks, its just the window will not go
up. The window will go down, but not up. I was told it was the master switch, but if the
master switch was bad why does everything else work.

Your probably correct but it may not make a difference in the repair cost.. If you can't get to the switch without removing the door panels then that will be the Lion's share of the repair cost. Even if a wire came loose and the switch is good .... the labor getting to the switch is where the major cost of repair is
