Writing Reviews
Asked by Dwayne Jan 10, 2017 at 10:33 PM about the 2008 Lexus RX Hybrid 400h AWD
Question type: General
I was inquiring about writing reviews because I had
been to many more dealerships, besides the
dealerships that you emailed me about. I finally
purchased a vehicle that I had also found on Car
Curus. They took listing down before I finished
signing the contract. (I know, because I was double
checking the cost). I also had some
curious/peculiar situations that I think people need
to know about.

I always print the ad out when I buy a car and keep it for future reference.
I actually did print the ad out, however, I didn't bring it with me. International Car Center was my fourth option for that day, however, my third option, Windy Auto Sales, literally told me that the vehicle wasn't available because the Owner's wife was driving the vehicle, and had no idea when she would return it. Anyways, it was a good think that I had a printout, because International Car Center had overcharged me by $500, claiming that their "computer system automatically does that." They tried to play it off like it was an accident. I told them that "if they knew their computer system automatically does that, then you should have caught the error before I brought it to your attention.." I truly believe that they have probably overcharged customers in the past, would didn't realized that they were overcharged! Anyways, I would like to write a review about my experience with the International Car Center, because it is a continuous on-going, bad trip!
Please be aware of the fine print at the dealerships @ coronamotorsdirect. They will advertise a low rate under the carguru site and when I began signing the purchase order, they tacked on over $900 in "Sellers fees". Then gave me an additional car report stating that the vehicle had frame damage after I was there for 6 hours signing papers/loan docs. Was very frustrated with the whole ordeal.
