Question type: General

My accumulator pressure leaking down causing ABS pump to cycle on every
15-20 seconds. Dealer reccommended replacing ABS actuator assembly with
accumulator. Can I drive it?

I'm back. I've been driving it since last posted. Only problem is when backing up brakes seem to go back to non power then back to power so I need to be a little careful backing up. It seems the pump is still cycling. The only other thing I notice was small vibration started when driving at 83mph in right front to the point I thought tire might be going flat. Checked front right tire pressure and it was 30psi so took care of that and no other problems except occasionly chirping at stop lights especially if on a hill.

good to hear - mine is doing exactly the same. My mechanic said the accumulator pressure is leaking down same as yours. He is not confident with hybrids so he did not want to try to get into fixing it.
