Hey all. I have a 1975 Corvette C3. I just did something stupid. I pulled my alternator to have it checked; however I did not disconnect the battery. As I disconnected the battery cable from alternator, it arc'ed badly. After having the alternator checked, upon reinstalling it, I have no power at all. I'm trying to determine which fuse, or relay, or whatever I have blown. Any help is appreciated. I do not have a fuse box layout. Thanks Apostle Smith

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

As stated in the subject question, but again, I have a 1975 Corvette C3.  I ust
did something stupid.  I pulled my alternator to have it checked; however,  I
failed to disconnect the battery first, and it touched some metal and arc'ed.
After reinstalling the alternator, I have no power at all.  I think I fried a fuse or
relay, or something.  My question is which fuse?  I do not have a fuse box
layout.  Any help is appreciated.

Does anyone have a pic of what Mark refers to as "the mega-fuse"?
