95 4.6 V8 stalled at intersection. Restarts and dies immediately, several times. Sat for 24 hours, and started and ran normally.

Earlier in the same day, I had replaced all spark plug wires. Found two cracked vacuum hoses. Before repairing hoses, car would not accelerate normally, after replacing vacuum hoses it ran fine. A half hour later, the stalling occurred.

Try turning the ignition to the on position about 5 to 8 time fast but never turning the car on.
