Won't accelerate and shakes

Shakes and struggling to accelerate engine light blinks but I just had a tune up
and all plugs and coils and valve gasket replaced and still doing the same thing

Was it like that before you had the tune up ? Did they do a tune up and you're not taking it back for them to get it right ? Actually sounds like an ignition wire(s) on the wrong plug
