What oil should. I use for Toyota Camry 2006 with 194000 miles?

Continue to use what has been put in it. Probably a 5w30 named brand oil would be what is recommended. Change it and the filter every 7,500 miles or once per year whichever comes first. If you drive in stop and go traffic change it and the filter at 5,000 miles or 1 year.
