2023 Subaru Impreza Base already leaking oil. What should I do?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2023 Subaru Impreza base with 71,000 miles. Yes I have driven the heck out
of this car. I was informed by the stealership I had leaks in the upper and
lower oil pans and the cost of repair is approximately $3,800. 00. I was pretty
disappointed to learn this even though the stealership has been authorized
to complete the repair by Subaru at no cost to me. Im super bummed and
may sell this car I was planning to own until the wheels feel off. :(

I am considering trading this vehicle in and getting a Toyota or Honda,
perhaps a pick up truck.  Subaru offers so many great features I hate to give
this car up but I don't want to face a $4,000 repair in another 2-3 years.
