my new jeep has uconnect buttons but will not work whats up

When I hit the button it says not ava The dealer said it had it in it already

The dealer most likely meant that Uconnect was installed as an option, meaning that you have the button there. Uconnect requires a set-up or subscription which would have to be done after delivery, since it is specific to the new owner. Ask what or who you need to contact or do to set up the Uconnect feature.

Update I went to the dealer and they said that because i have a universal radio that the buttons are there but U Connect is not avaliable on jeep wranglers yet but they will let me know when it becomes avaliable since my salse man told me that my jeep was equipped with it
