2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited screen won't work

Asked by grant Apr 30, 2024 at 01:21 PM about the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have had this 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited for around 4 years. it has
145,000 miles and the screen for the radio doesn't turn on and I can't hear
anything either. My phone still connects to Bluetooth but just can't hear
anything and the screen is black/doesn't turn on. Anyone know what's wrong?
I really don't want to have to buy a new radio.

Sounds like a total failure. When my screen went dark, had it checked and they said I would need to replace the head unit and possibly the screen. After finding out that the head units were no longer available I went with an aftermarket system, it sounds much better and has more features.
