Check your state laws for a 3 day return policy. Most cars are sold as is.

On a 10 year old vehicle, probably not. But as Jeff said find out the laws in your State. Your local Office of Consumer Affairs can help you with that. If you bought this vehicle long distance and sight unseen, let this be a lesson to you. Never ever buy a vehicle sight unseen, especially a used one! Have the vehicle inspected by a professional inspection company before you decide to buy it! I've used lemonsquad.com for my long distance purchases with excellent results. Jim
