What causes all dash lights flashing on my 2023 honda CRV-Hybrid?

While waiting on a traffic light suddenly various sensors lights came on. Turned
off and restarted the car, the problem went away.  Has anyone experienced the
same problem?

P.S. The car only has 7k miles and still in warranty.

As this is a hybrid take it back to the dealer and show them the picture, it's most likely a programming glitch. But I have seen grounding issues cause the same problem.
