Check on the left side of your steering for the fuse box. If not there, check the left kick panel by your left foot. The panel door usually has a schematic that tells you what each fuse does. If no brake fuse there, check the fuse box under the hood. You may have a bad tail light relay also. If fuses and relays are not the issue, have someone hit the brake, and test the bulb sockets for power. If no power, start checking for broken wires and grounds. Check around the left hinge of the trunk. I think the harness may run by there. That's usually a good pinch point. If no broken wires, test the brake switch for power that is up under the dash. Will be at the top of the pedal.
The cabin fuse box is behind the flip-down coin holder up under the dash, left side of steering wheel. Brake lights fuse #23 -15 amp Tail lights #18-15 amp ..if your tail light fuse is blown your instrument cluster lights will also be out

WHERE IS.THE FUSE BOX AT ON A 1990 TOYOTA COLL I CAN NOT FIND IT
Hay friends , my Toyota verso 2013 break light (right side) is very dim , can any body know what the problem is that. It Led light.
I had the same problem, tails and dashlights out with no blown fuses. Found a relay had come loose in a panel above the glove compartment. Take out the gove compartment and look above it, the relays are on top of the panel, so you can't see them. I don't know how the relay came loose, but this car had the air-bag replaced and it is right above that relay panel, could be the techs knocked it loose while replacing the bag.
The tail lights on my 2015 Toyota Corolla is not working. The break light and turn signals are working. If one tail light goes out does that effect the other one from working?
