Why my chevy astro van doesn't start?

What doe's it do? We need more info than it will not start. Doe's it turn over and will not do any thing doe's it try to start but won't? doe's it start and quit's right away? Is it trying to fire has spark and gas? or will it just not turn over at all?

I have a customer with the same van.His did not want to start in the damp weather.We changed the cap and rotor and it did the trick.
