I have a 94 mustang gt alternator not charging

I’ve built the engine completely to be a street strip car it has been carb
swapped eliminating the ecm and engine wiring harness but now my alternator
will not charge please help me figure out how to get it back charging

im sure it was bench tested...make sure that the alt is getting called excited ...

The alternator is good I just don’t know which wire I need power to for it to charge I eliminated the factory engine harness and computer so now it doesn’t charge
