Crank no start

I have a 95 Chevy G20 cargo van with a crank no
start. Sometimes it will start and die right away. I
replaced the fuel pump fuel filter fuel pressure
regulator fuel pump relay PCV valve throttle body
gasket. And it still does not seem to be running the
check engine light is on but I can't read the codes
because the code reader thing does not work.
