I have put in 3 alternators tested battery all
good but it won't charge any suggestions

Also when the alternator is in the car and it's running it's given out about 11.9 Volts hense the no charge

If your vehicle has one check owners manual if no manual Google owners manual for year,make and model of your vehicle and it will take you to sites that shows owners manual and where fuse is located.

It might have a fusible link in the wire that goes from the alternator to the battery.
