I am having the same problem. I have replaced the entire ignition system, plugs wires etc. Just put in a new MAP sensor and new fuel filter and does the same thing. Seems to get worse when I am going up hill.

Could possibly be a failing pcm, Just because it had o2 sensor codes does not mean the sensors are bad. A bad pcm can cause a false code.

I had a same problem on my work van, catalic coverter fall apart and block the exhaust, created back pressure, easiest way to check, take off oxygen sensor above catalic and see if it changes, cut a hole on the bottom of catalic and sure it was plugged up, I hope that helps
