Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I installed a seal kit to repair the leak on the rack n pinion and now all four brakes will lock up by themselves sometimes, What I would like to know is if the pressure and return lines were reversed would that cause this problem?

No I do not think the brakes and the steering is connected to each other must be the Master Brake Cylinder.

My Chevrolet express has a hydraulic booster through the power steering pump so I would assume that if you switched the lines it would mess something up!
