First if these are all new, did you do the work yourself? If so, check all teh connections and even ground and make sure you have good clean connections. Next,, do you have power coming to the pump itself? You may need someone to help you there when activating the pump and testing for power at the pump. Is the tank clear of all obstructions? Is there anything blocking the line to the wipers? Is the nozel clear? Then again, if someone in a shop did the work, drive back to them and have them check it for proper maintenance and instillation. If you have power to the motor past the fuse, then the motor itself may be bad. Make sure the connections are good, and correct. Fluid in the tank? Just a question!
