06 Malibu Maxx ABS/ Traction / Brake Light is still on after replacing wheel bearings. I replaced both Rear wheel bearings, and the code states erratic wheel speed sensor left Rear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Company won't replace wheel bearing because they said wheel speed sensor
is not built into the wheel bearing? I cannot find anything that states this, and
this seems very innaccurate. Would there be any other reason why the light
would be on?

Sometimes when Fixing the Problem is fixed the light will stay on. That means you gotta reset the computer! Some vehicles you can take the Terminals off the battery for about a minute and that will fix your problem by resetting it itself. Good luck!
