why is my 1999 mote carlo overheating?

it pumps the coolent into the canister before the car even gets warm. we have changed the thermostat,water pump,and pressure cap on radiater and followed the owners manual proceeders on filling and bleeding it

It sounds like a head gasket. Any white smoke when it's running? Could be the engine is pumping the coolant through a hole in the head gasket into he reservoir.
