Car won't start under 10 degrees Fahrenheit

When it's 10 degrees outside or colder my Monte
Carlo will not start turn twice but will not start

Check your battery. If it's weak, the colder it gets, the harder it is to start. Autozone will usually do a free load test on the battery.
