search "2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS door weatherstripping" I use info.com, but your search engine will give more than one...pick one closest for shipping purposes~
There are holes in the door bottoms to let water out. Yours are clogged with debris. Find the holes and poke them open.

yes, I was going to suggest a battery drill with a 1/8 bit, but did not want to seem impertinent~

there is a possibility that the water gets in thought the window weatherstripping too~
I drill 2 holes in the outer edge of the bottom of the doors on every car I have owned since my 1968 Chevelle. Clearing them requires pushing a wire or drill bit through. If you feel as though you want to resolve the problem permanently, you may need to replace the window seal weatherstrips. I like to disassemble the interior door components and clean the inside of the door with a good shop vacuum.
