Where is the power steering fluids located on my 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo supper charge 3.8 why don't my cooling fans turn on , my car over heats, has a whinning noise when ever I turn, etc.

passenger side on the back wall.

Look behind and underneath the alternator. There's a black plastic cap on the reservoir. It's not very easy to get to.
