My 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 seems like the transmission or something is binding, then releasing at slow speeds, especially when turning left or right. Wheelbearings are new. Any ideas?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed the wheel bearings and hub assy but it is still doing it. It is 4WD and front transfer case has fluid.  It is not nearly as noticeable at higher speeds.
