why do my front tires pull inweard when my truck is in 4X4?

its a 1999 Silverado 5.3. Im having a problem with my front end and I need suggestions. when I  have the truck in two wheel drive the truck rides and steers great but when I stop lock it in 4 wheel drive and start moving forward the front tires start pull in toward each other. (only does it while in 4 wheel drive) if u have any suggestions to what it is please let me know thanks

Steering components are worn, could be idler arm, pitman arm, tie rods or ball joints. These truck have weak steering setups.
