My 1995 Chevy won't start!!! Help please

So I have 1995 Chevy pick up I put new fuel filter
and new fuel pump it still don't start I can't figure it
out I hear the pump running and when I crack the
feed line it sprays rite at the back of the throttle
body but the Injectors are not spraying. If I crack
the return line the same amount that is feeding
comes out on that side to please help

Have you checked your relays and and fuses ti make sure there's no grounding out issue's under the hood that set of fuses an.relays.

Yes I have checked fuses and relay and there are 4 grounds I believe that are all fine... what do u know about icm ignition control module or fpr fuel pressure regulator
