My 2000 Chevy Silverado 5.3 has a mis when it gets at about 50 mph

When I'm driving my truck it drives fine until I get at about 50 mph driving an it starts to
miss or stubber. I just changed all 8 coil packs.

Check the crankcase sensor...as well clean the throttle body and check that sensor as well...

Which spark plugs does this engine call for because I was told that there is certain plugs to put in it.
