Vibration can feel it in floor board

Have a 2000 Chevy 1500 just bought it with bad u
joints replaced both front and back U joints and still
hade a virbration thought maybe it was drive shaft
got another drive shaft and still has a vibration I
jacked the rear up and let it go in drive and the
drive shaft shacks could it possibly be a bad rear
end?
