My Chevy 2000 Chevy Silverado V87 not starting

I purchased this used pickup last week.  Great test drive.  Has sat in drive for
5 days.  I drove it today with 3 stops where I tturned off engine, when
shopping came out and on the 3rd time it would not start. It did say time to
service engine.  I checked the oil and very very low,  5 quarts to be exact
which i added right away.  It still won;t start

Lights work. Engine turns. So battery is good. Could it be just not getting a spark
