My 4.3l silverado engine is smoking black
and misses alot . I changed the front bank
oxygen sensure and changed the distributor
and it still does the same. If I unplug one
oxygen sensor I can run it and it doesn't mis
but if I plug it in again it's doing the same
thing

Black exhaust smoke means the engine is burning too much fuel. The first think you should check is your air-filter and other intake components like sensors, fuel injectors and the fuel-pressure regulator. Other reasons could be a clogged fuel return line

sounds like it's running rich , one thing can cause other functions to compensate , scan for codes and get the definitions , an injector may be stuck open ,
